Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience with routing and switching technologies, network troubleshooting and packet analysis, firewall administration and network security concepts, TCP/IP/DNS/DHCP/VPN, and wireless networking.
• Understanding of high-availability networking, redundancy, and disaster recovery concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, and data center networking environments.
• Configure and support routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, VRFs, VLANs, QoS, ACLs, and network segmentation.
• Support enterprise connectivity across offices, cloud platforms, carrier networks, and data centers.
• Monitor network health, availability, performance, and capacity using monitoring platforms and analytics tools.
• Participate in network incident response, RCA, and implement corrective actions.
• Support and maintain network security technologies including next-generation firewalls, remote access solutions, VPNs, and DDoS protection.
• Assist with PCI DSS compliance, audit requests, vulnerability remediation, and security reviews.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using scripting and infrastructure management tools.
• Leverage AI-assisted and network automation platforms to streamline troubleshooting and routine tasks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct failover, disaster recovery, and resiliency testing of network infrastructure.
