Arise Financial is hiring a Loan Servicing Specialist I – Payments to support residential loan processing, payments, payoffs, and related clerical work. The role focuses on accurate record-keeping, timely responses to member requests, and balancing daily transactions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 1–3 years in banking or loan servicing, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Word and Excel. Hybrid work options may be available to suit business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in banking, loan servicing, or related field preferred.
• Understanding of loan servicing processes, payments, and account maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process loan and lease transactions in the core system including payments and payoffs.
• Prepare residential payoff letters and balance daily reports.
• Resolve rejects, post ACH payments, and support month-end balancing.
• Handle escrow transactions and member request queues.
• Maintain records and follow internal controls and regulations.
• Respond to member and staff inquiries with professionalism.
