Job summary

CBTS in the United States seeks an experienced Payments Implementation Lead to own the full lifecycle for onboarding new merchant clients—from kickoff to go-live. You will oversee ERP-to-payment gateway integrations across NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, MS Dynamics, Oracle, and Salesforce, coordinating gateways like CyberSource and NMI.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for new merchant clients—from kickoff through onboarding, integration, testing, and go-live.
• Manage concurrent ERP integration projects across platforms including NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Coordinate integrations with payment gateways such as CyberSource, Accept.blue, NMI, Paytrix, and Cardpointe.
• Apply knowledge of payment industry fundamentals to guide client decisions.
• Understand and advise on ISO/agent relationships and their onboarding requirements.
• Support onboarding documentation, underwriting submissions, and gateway configuration across environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for new merchant clients — from kickoff through onboarding, integration, testing, and go-live
• Manage concurrent ERP integration projects across platforms including NetSuite, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce
• Coordinate integrations with payment gateways such as CyberSource, Accept.blue, NMI, Paytrix, and Cardpointe
• Apply your knowledge of payment industry fundamentals — underwriting processes, merchant risk, interchange, liability frameworks, and compliance — to guide client decisions
• Understand and advise on the structure of ISO/agent relationships and how they affect implementation and onboarding requirements
• Support merchant onboarding documentation, underwriting submissions, and gateway configuration across multiple processing environments

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in payments, merchant services, or fintech — ideally with an ISO, payment facilitator, or acquiring bank
• Hands-on experience managing ERP-to-payment-gateway integrations (NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, MS Dynamics, Oracle, or Salesforce)
• Familiarity with major payment gateways: CyberSource, NMI, Cardpointe/CardConnect, Accept.blue, or similar
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-party implementation projects with competing timelines
• Working knowledge of underwriting, merchant risk, chargebacks, and acquiring bank requirements
