Job summary

JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Payments Financial Planning and Analysis Associate to influence the strategic vision of the Payments Planning and Analysis team. You will deliver reporting, analytics, and budgeting, collaborating with a broad set of stakeholders and senior leaders.

You will conduct in-depth performance analyses of revenue, expenses, and balance sheet, contribute to monthly reviews, quarterly earnings, and budgets, and help drive improvements across the P&A function with strong data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or closely related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years professional experience within banking or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with a solid control focus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting to senior audiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment with proactive, growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue, expenses and balance sheet for senior monthly reviews.
• Collaborate on revenue planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Firmwide P&A and other functions to resolve reporting issues.
• Drive efficiency and process improvement within the P&A function.
• Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting and Earnings materials.
