Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years banking or loan servicing experience preferred.
• Understanding of loan servicing, payments, payoffs, and account maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial transactions.
• Strong organizational and time management; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process loan and lease transactions, including payments and payoffs.
• Prepare residential payoff letters and monitor daily reports.
• Resolve lockbox rejects and post ACH payments.
• Balance daily checks and perform reconciliations.
• Respond to member and branch inquiries professionally.
• Support servicing projects and provide backup across the department.
