Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Data Scientist Senior Associate in the Payments Data & Analytics team. You will partner with product teams to deliver data-driven insights and AI-driven solutions across FX and Supply Chain Finance, shaping product strategy and client outcomes.

You will design end-to-end analytics, validate data, and collaborate with engineering to deploy scalable AI-enabled analytics across Databricks and cloud environments. Strong Python/SQL, and GenAI experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of data analytics experience or an advanced degree with 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end analytics and models to power data-driven solutions.
• Drive quality across products including validation checks and anomaly detection at the data layer.
• Collaborate with data engineering to implement data-driven products efficiently in cloud environments.
• Develop analytical models enabling dynamic payment execution and analytics for product strategy.
• Perform exploratory statistics and data mining to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Leverage LLMs and agentic AI techniques to prototype and deploy generative AI capabilities for analytics workflows.
• Architect and own scalable AI model integration frameworks across applications; mentor juniors.
• Monitor AI model performance and implement updates to maintain relevance.
• Collaborate with FX product teams to translate business needs into analytical problem statements.
