Job summary

TPIS is seeking a Payment Officer in Guaynabo, PR to support payment processes and maintain data integrity within internal systems. The role contributes to efficient administrative operations and accurate financial records.

The position requires at least 1 year in data entry and customer service, with a high school diploma or associate degree preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and the schedule runs Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or associate degree in administration, accounting, or related fields preferred.
• 1 year of data entry experience preferred and 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and record customer payments accurately and timely.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Enter, update, and maintain group information within internal systems.
• Prepare basic reports related to payments and data entry.
• Assist with general administrative tasks within the team.
• Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and organization.
