A leading technology company in hospitality is seeking a Payments Risk Credit Analyst to protect its global payments portfolio. You will analyze merchant financials and recommend credit policies while collaborating with various departments. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of experience in payments risk analysis and strong communication skills. As a Payments Risk Credit Analyst, you’ll help protect Cloudbeds and our hotel partners as we scale. This role directly influences how we onboard, manage, and protect our global payments portfolio. You will own problems end-to-end, learn as our product and payments offerings evolve, and navigate the complexities of a hyper-growth fintech environment.
We collaborate with Finance, Legal, Customer Success and Sales to monitor merchant exposure, design credit and reserve frameworks, and anticipate risks. You should be self-driven, comfortable making decisions in ambiguity, and focused on enabling customer success while safeguarding the business.
Annual compensation ranges from $75K to $120K, depending on skills and experience.
