As a Payments Risk Credit Analyst, you’ll play a key role in protecting Cloudbeds and our hotel partners as we scale. This role is highly impactful: your insights will influence how we onboard, manage, and protect our global payments portfolio. You’ll own problems end-to-end, learn continuously as our product and payments offerings evolve, and help navigate the complexities of a fast-growing fintech environment.
We’re a collaborative, data-driven team that safeguards Cloudbeds while empowering customers to grow with confidence. We work with Finance, Legal, Customer Success and Sales to monitor merchant exposure, design credit and reserve frameworks, and anticipate risks before they materialize. We support one another, and expect each team member to be self-driven and comfortable making decisions in an ambiguous environment.
Depending on your skills and experience, you can expect annual compensation between $75K and $120K.
