Job summary

Priority Commerce in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Jr. Payment Certification Specialist to support EMV certification and payment testing across multiple channels. You will coordinate with terminals, vendors, labs, and the payments team to ensure certification requirements are met.

You will monitor real-time payments, validate prerequisites, and document test results while collaborating with engineers. Required: 2+ years in payments, POS tech, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in payment processing and card brand certifications.
• Two years’ experience with merchant point-of-sale technology.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suites.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the EMV Certification Intake Process.
• Validate certification prerequisites including EMVCO, PCI and TQM.
• Conduct testing and document test results. Analyze results with engineers.
• Manage all internal and third-party test tools and create test plans.
• Report and maintain status of all transaction testing related to certification projects.
• Assess QA test requirements to determine scope based on platform and specs.
• Create and maintain API payment scenarios.
• Stay informed with upcoming payment changes and deployments.
