Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Agile delivery teams by defining and documenting business requirements.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation.
• Partner with product and technology teams to support new payment initiatives.
• Develop training materials and business documentation for new functionality releases.
• Support risk identification and mitigation within payment processes.
• Provide release validation, user acceptance testing, and post-release support.
