Tower Hill Insurance Group is hiring a Disbursement & Billing Operations Specialist in Florida to execute and support insurance billing, disbursement, and refund operations across claims, commissions, policy billing, and accounts payable.

The role focuses on accurate, timely, and compliant processing while sustaining strong internal controls and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners to support financial integrity and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash application, billing, and accounts payable within financial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with refunds, credits, and disbursement controls is a plus.
• Basic understanding of premium refunds, taxes, and installment amounts is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled payments (checks, ACH, vCard) for claims, refunds, commissions, and payables.
• Review and release vCards; verify payment processing with banking partners.
• Process claims disbursements and track payments for Claims teams.
