What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and maintain partnerships across payment providers, card networks, technology providers, and regulatory bodies
- Manage payment provider and card network audits, AML, and KYC processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead comprehensive business reviews and executive briefings to highlight delivered value and identify future opportunities
- Negotiate and execute contracts to align with organizational needs and ensure successful partnerships
- Communicate insights and recommendations to improve business performance and drive strategic guidance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA Degree
- 5+ years of experience in the payments industry
- 5+ years of experience developing strategic relationships
- Strong knowledge of Payments Systems in the U.S. and the competitive landscape
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
