Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned professional to support day-to-day processing, system upgrades, and new initiatives across Business Operations and Product Development. You will apply technical and analytical skills to optimize workflows and ensure reliable performance.

The role emphasizes test planning, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication with leadership. A strong background in operations, payments domains (FedWire, ACH), and project teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically requires 5 years of relevant experience.
• 8yrs for Expert level.
• Detailed understanding of business operations and workflow of all business processing platform and associated applications systems
• FedWire Funds/Securities/NSS and ACH Functionality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for day-to-day processing and system upgrades.
• Support Business Operations and Product Development with consultative expertise.
• Identify impact of changes on workflows and throughput of business systems.
• Develop test plans to prevent customer issues.
• Communicate project progress and issues to leadership.
• Lead or participate in teams developing future business requirements.
