Job summary
ByteDance's Global Payments team is building a platform to deliver cross-border payment solutions across TikTok, Helo, Games and Education. We are seeking a self-driven software engineer to advance payment risk and compliance backends, protecting users, merchants and the platform in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant major.
- Experience building modern payment systems; Risk & Compliance is a bonus.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages (Go, C/C++, Java, Python, etc.).
- Experience in distributed systems, backend API development.
- Good product sense; experience building large-scale consumer-facing products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
