Payment Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve payment-related issues, including payment failures, disputes, and discrepancies whilst providing satisfactory resolutions to customers and partners.

Bank Relationship: Work in partnership with our Banks to ensure we are in balance, and queries they have regarding a payment or balance is managed end to end.

Problem Solver: See a problem, help create the awareness, and drive the problem to resolution.

Documentation: Document, document, document; ensure new asks are well understood and documented for smooth training and transition.

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant background in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in payment operations, reconciliation, or payment processing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex payment data.
  • Familiarity with payment systems, platforms, and software applications.
  • Knowledge of payment reconciliation processes, compliance, and risk management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Problem solver. Like to see something that may not seem right and dig into the details until you see resolution.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
