Payment Operations Specialist, Technical Operations Department Payment Operations | Location: Remote — United States | Reports To: Director of Trust and Safety Position Overview: The Payment Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day health of FastSpring's payment ecosystem for our network of 2,500+ sellers, with a focus on chargeback management, KPI tracking, and issue resolution across multiple processors and regions. Working closely with senior team members, this role helps manage chargebacks, monitor payment performance, and investigate anomalies while supporting cross-functional efforts to reduce risk and improve the seller experience. It is an entry-to-early career role with room to grow into payments, risk, and fraud.
