Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation seeks an experienced Test Lead – Data Migration & Conversion Testing to drive QA for large data migration, conversion, and cloud transformation programs in the payments domain. You will ensure data integrity and successful migrations of customer, account, card, and transaction data across complex platforms.

The role requires expertise in data validation, API testing, and automation, with hands-on testing of REST/SOAP services and ISO 8583 formats.

Competenze

• 10+ years in data migration, conversion, cloud migration testing in AWS environments.
• Expertise in validating customer, account, card and transaction data with data lake platforms.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 8583 formats, payment processing, and interchanges.
• Hands-on REST/SOAP API testing with modern tools and automation frameworks.
• Experience with packet/protocol testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end testing for data migration, conversion and cloud migration programs.
• Plan, execute, manage defects and report status to stakeholders.
• Perform source-to-target validation and data reconciliation across datasets.
• Verify data synchronization and data processing in Data Lake environments.
• Test REST/SOAP APIs and end-to-end integration across platforms.
• Validate payment transaction flows and ISO 8583 elements.
• Execute packet/protocol testing to ensure secure data transmission.
• Maintain and enhance automated test suites; troubleshoot failures; collaborate with teams.
