Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC is seeking a Payments Processor to manage and post all payments from insurance carriers and patients with accuracy. The role balances practice management system work with banking data and requires handling multiple software platforms daily.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in medical payments processing or related financial work, with strong numerical skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in processing cash and insurance payment transactions in a medical setting or a relevant financial background or any combination of the two is preferred.
• Understanding of insurance payment processes and how to read an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is preferred.
• Ability to process a large amount of transactions with a high degree of accuracy preferred.
• Proficient in working with figures and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
