Job Description

We are hiring for multiple teams within Paying & Transfer Agent Operations, including: Transfers Bondholder Services Settlements / DTC / Closings While all roles support Corporate Trust operations, specific duties may vary based on team assignment. The Paying & Transfer Agent Operations Specialist supports Corporate Trust operations by processing and reviewing bond, securities, transfer, and account-related transactions. This role ensures work is completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with established procedures, regulatory requirements, and operational controls. The position works closely with internal partners and customers to resolve issues, support client requests, and identify process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete day-to-day transaction processing and operational support activities.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of experience in transaction processing
Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Experience in financial services, banking, operations, or transaction processing.
  • Knowledge of corporate trust, securities, bond processing, or related financial products.
  • Ability to follow structured procedures and manage high-volume workloads.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment with a focus on compliance and controls.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
Location Expectations

Pay Range

Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.39

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
