LMH Health is seeking an Underpayment Analyst to identify, analyze and recover payer underpayments for physician professional services. You will evaluate reimbursement against contracts, fee schedules and regulatory requirements to ensure accurate payments and contract compliance.

You will partner with Patient Accounts, Coding, Contracting, Finance and Operations to uncover revenue leakage, track recoveries, prepare disputes and improve reimbursement integrity through reporting and process

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or related field.
• 3 years in physician revenue cycle operations, payer reimbursement analysis, revenue integrity, denials management, or related healthcare financial functions.
• Experience interpreting payer contracts, physician fee schedules, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement models.

Responsabilidades

• Underpayment analysis and recovery: identify underpaid physician claims and payment variances.
• Contract compliance and payment validation: monitor payer adherence to negotiated terms and validate payments.
• Reporting and revenue integrity: analyze reimbursement trends and present recovery opportunities.
• Operational support and process improvement: collaborate to reduce revenue leakage and improve workflows.
