Position Overview The Payer Relations Generalist plays a vital role in strengthening payer relationships and protecting revenue integrity across the healthcare system. This role partners closely with health plans and internal revenue cycle teams to remove reimbursement barriers, interpret payer contracts and policies, and resolve complex billing issues. Through collaboration, insight, and attention to detail, the Payer Relations Generalist ensures accurate, timely information flows that support patient experience access and financial outcomes. Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Compensation Range: $21.31 - $30.90 per hour, depending on experience
Education/Experience Minimum Required: Associate's Degree in HealthCare, Business Administration At least 1 year of relevant work experience Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and analytical reporting. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree Epic EMR experience
