Job summary

HHAeXchange is seeking a Payer Integration Solutions Analyst to implement, maintain, and optimize home care revenue cycle solutions with a focus on payer integrations and billing configuration. You will translate payer requirements into scalable configurations and partner across cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data exchange and payer onboarding.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, payer operations, or related fields.
• Experience with Medicaid/managed care payer processes and claims workflows.
• Experience interpreting payer specs and documenting requirements.
• Experience with configuration-driven software platforms and multiple implementation activities.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Jira, Salesforce, Confluence, or SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document payer and business requirements and translate into configurations.
• Own payer integration work from requirements through testing and production readiness.
• Configure billing rules, claim submission logic, enrollment, and workflows.
• Analyze issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate across Implementation, Product, Engineering, Operations, and client-facing teams.
• Perform testing, validation, and QA to ensure configurations meet requirements.
• Support onboarding and ongoing optimization of payer configurations.
