What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and maintain enrollment for a large provider group across various payors and ensure compliance with CAQH and PECOS profiles
• Complete detailed professional applications for hospitals and payers, ensuring timely approvals and documentation
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance understanding of credentialing processes and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct primary source verification for new and existing physicians as required
• Maintain accurate records and files for physicians, ensuring compliance with retention schedules
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a hospital medical staff setting focusing on professional and payer credentialing and enrollment
• Experience with CAQH, PECOS, and Medicaid is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Credentialing certification preferred; ongoing education encouraged
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience supporting teleradiology practices (e.g., Radiology Partners, Envision)
• Knowledge of medical credentialing and privileging procedures and standards
• Familiarity with the Out of State Medical Board Licensure application process
