Bridge is hiring an experienced health plan contracting specialist to own the execution of key network contracting and rate negotiation processes. This role sits at the core of how Bridge gets providers and clinics in-network, ensuring insurance access for the millions of patients we hope to serve.
You’ll manage the process of network contracting and rate tracking for national and regional payers focusing on the commercial and Medicare lines of business. You’ll be responsible for identifying and evaluating network growth opportunities, negotiating optimal reimbursement rates, and negotiating contract terms. You'll work cross-functionally with product, clinical, legal, and partner teams to move quickly, resolve blockers, and help design reliable systems that scale.
