Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Contract Management professional to prepare third party payer agreements for loading in CPR Plus and the pharmacy management system.

You will build and maintain payer contracts, update pricing and business rules, and collaborate with Contracting, Pricing, Trade, and Revenue Cycle Management to maximize profitability and accuracy. The role requires HCPCS coding knowledge and advanced Excel skills, with travel up to 10% for business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Contract Management.
• 5+ years in revenue cycle management, contract management, or home infusion intake.
• Experience with HCPCS coding and third party payer guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create and load third party payer contract records, including plans and pricing terms.
• Maintain and update pricing, coding, and business rules across payer contracts.
• Collaborate with Contracting, Pricing, Trade, and Revenue Cycle Management for site integration.
• Audit third party pricing tables to improve revenue cycle outcomes.
• Train Contract System Management Specialists and provide detailed system reports.
