Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent patient registration, insurance verification and/or insurance pre-certification/authorization with a healthcare provider or insurer
• Alternative: minimum of three years in a customer service role within or outside healthcare
• Preferred: familiarity with Infusion, Radiation Therapy, Surgical, BMT, CAR-T, or Clinical Trials settings

Responsibilities

• Identify the responsible party for payment of services.
• Verify eligibility and benefits for patients.
• Secure authorizations from insurance companies or identify financial alternatives.
