Job summary

Koya Medical, Inc. is seeking a Payer Analytics and Insights Manager to analyze payer data and support market access, payer engagements, and reimbursement strategy.

You will work with leadership to drive KPIs, identify opportunities, and inform contract negotiations while translating complex data into actionable insights. Responsibilities include analyzing coverage policies and payer performance, building financial models, and delivering clear presentations to cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or Healthcare Administration.
• Healthcare reimbursement or medical device industry experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel with Power BI, Tableau or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain payer data to support market access strategies.
• Perform routine and ad hoc analyses of payer performance including denials and appeals.
• Develop financial models to forecast revenue and support pricing decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs for leadership.
• Translate insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
