Overview

Optum, a global organization dedicated to delivering care through technology, is seeking a Strategic Product Director to lead product vision and execution for our Payer Admin product team. This role involves transforming traditional payer processes, modernizing technology, and driving innovative solutions in healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate product vision and strategy, translating into actionable roadmaps.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to delivery, including design, data analysis, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute product plans and support training and best practices.
  • Manage ambiguity in complex environments, defining customer use cases and producing insights.
  • Make data-driven decisions through business analysis and metrics evaluation.
  • Innovate methodologies for data collection and analysis, continuously improving processes.
  • Define go-to-market strategies and pricing models for products.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years in product strategy and stakeholder management.
  • 7+ years of healthcare data expertise.
