HCM Consultant II

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an HCM Consultant II. We are looking for someone with expert knowledge in Paycor Implementation and Optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of client implementation projects.
• Manage daily project tasks for successful payroll transitions.
• Configure workflows to optimize system buildout.
• Maintain high level of HCM-specific technology knowledge.
• Create custom reports and showcase templated reports.
• Provide custom system training for clients.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-8 years’ experience in high-volume, client-facing implementation roles within vendor or consulting organizations.
• Expertise in at least one module of ADP WFN, Ceridian Dayforce, Paylocity, Paycor, Paycom, Paychex, UKG Pro, UKG Ready, or Workday, including extensive payroll knowledge.
• Experience with multi-entity, complex implementations.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects.
• Experience with Time & Attendance systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
