We are seeking an experienced Paycom Integration Consultant to join our team and support the seamless integration of Paycom with Microsoft Azure. This consultant will play a critical role in configuring Single Sign-On (SSO) via Azure Active Directory (AD) and developing robust, secure API integrations between Paycom and Microsoft/Azure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• SSO Configuration: Configure and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations between Paycom and Azure AD using SAML or OAuth2 protocols to ensure secure and seamless authentication across platforms.
• API Development: Develop, manage, and troubleshoot API connections between Paycom and Microsoft/Azure services, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Integration Maintenance: Ensure ongoing functionality of the integration by addressing any technical issues, performing regular updates, and optimizing the integrations as required.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation on integration processes, workflows, and troubleshooting guidelines for internal teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal IT teams, HR, and stakeholders to ensure successful integration and alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Paycom HRIS and API integrations, particularly with Microsoft/Azure environments.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring SSO (SAML, OAuth2) with Azure AD.
• Expertise in building and maintaining secure, scalable API integrations using Microsoft Graph API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or other integration platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data integration platforms such as Azure Data Factory or Mulesoft.
• Familiarity with HRIS data workflows and storage solutions.
• Previous experience in large-scale enterprise-level integration projects.

Pay:

• Hourly rate negotiable based on experience.
• 1099 or C2C only.
