Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role Overview

The PPC Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring clients achieve their lead generation and ROI goals. This role requires a deep understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, as well as ongoing performance monitoring and optimization.

The PPC Specialist works under the Digital Marketing Account Manager, collaborating with the SEO team, content marketers, and data analysts to execute strategic advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn.
  2. Keyword Research & Targeting: Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  3. Ad Type & Creative Optimization: Use specific campaign types (P/Max, Shopping, Display, or Branding Ad Types) depending upon desired result and performance. Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  4. Landing Page Optimization: Work with the web team to improve landing pages, ensuring conversion-focused design and messaging.
  5. Budget Management: Allocate and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI while maintaining client budgets.
  6. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  7. A/B Testing: Test ad creatives, headlines, and bidding strategies to improve performance continuously.
  8. Industry & Platform Updates: Stay up to date with changes in PPC platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of PPC experience managing campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
  2. Strong understanding of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
  3. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking for performance measurement.
  4. Ability to analyze data-driven insights and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
  5. Proficiency in ad copywriting and A/B testing.
  6. Strong project management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) Certifications.
  2. Experience with Zoho One, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or other digital marketing tools.
  3. Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation for manufacturing companies.
  4. Familiarity with SEO and content marketing to align PPC efforts with organic search strategies.
