Job summary

Foster Poultry Farms is seeking reliable General Labor team members for multiple production roles including Fryer Grader, Packer, Sanitation and Supply Attendant. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a fast-paced environment.

You will work under supervision with process leads to ensure quality products, safety compliance, and efficient operations. Candidates must pass background checks and be available weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and E-verify.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor production lines for quality and safety.
• Assist Fryer Grader, Packer, Sanitation, and Supply Attendant roles as assigned.
• Maintain good housekeeping and sanitary conditions on the production floor.
• Report abnormalities or deviations to supervisors.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack following safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
