Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work well independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test after offer.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and interact with customers in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment for customers.
