EZPAWN is hiring a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) in Roy, UT. You will greet customers, assist with pawn items, and process sales and loans in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

The role includes a 5-week paid training, opportunities to advance to Pawnbroker, Lead Pawnbroker and Assistant Manager, and a comprehensive benefits package with health insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and store discounts.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and greeting customers in person and over the phone.
