EZPAWN is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Member to lead the way today and step into greater roles tomorrow. Earn $12.50–$15.00 per hour with paid training, a clear career path, and opportunities to advance to Pawnbroker and beyond in a fast-paced EZCORP environment.

Starting as a Trainee in a 5-week paid training program, you can earn a $.50 raise and promotions upon program completion, with ongoing access to the Pawnbroker Certification and leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well independently and as member of a team
• Ability to multitask
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer)
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
• Sales background, a plus
• Bilingual, a plus

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone
• Processing sales, loans, and extensions
• Performing opening and closing store duties
