Troutman Jewelry and Loan Pawn in Troutman, NC, seeks a Pawnbroker / Sales Associate to assist customers with loans, sales, and purchases while building skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service.

Experience in customer service or retail is preferred; training is provided. You will join a team that values coaching, energy, and the ability to connect with customers from all walks of life.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided).
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life.
• Confidence in negotiating and problemsolving.
• Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first.
• Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math.
