Welsh Pawn in Savannah, GA is seeking a Pawnbroker / Sales Associate to assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales while learning sales, negotiation, and customer service. You’ll help customers understand options and make confident decisions, building relationships and meeting store goals.

The role emphasizes cash handling, friendly interactions, and a drive to grow with a large, established company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not required—training provided)
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life
• Confidence in negotiating and problem solving
• Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first
• Comfortable handling cash and doing basic math

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales
• Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers
• Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions
• Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team
• Accurately handle cash and transactions
• Keep the sales floor engaging by showcasing and demonstrating products along with other actions around the store as needed
