FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate to drive sales, process loans, and deliver outstanding customer service across our pawn store locations nationwide.

Earn hourly pay plus commission based on productivity, with comprehensive benefits and an Earned Wage Access program. Flexibility to work in various stores and a commitment to a premier customer experience are required.

Qualificações

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandise displayed.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards and assists customers with inquiries.
• Collaborates with team to create a positive and memorable customer experience.
