Qualifications

• Effective communication and information conveyance.

• Knowledge of OSHA Standards.

• Dependable transportation.
• Wear PPE on all job sites as required.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate paving machines/skid steers.
• Experience as a milling ground operator.
• Operate shovels for digging and material handling.
• Level ground, create trenches, and clear debris per specs.
• Use rakes to level and spread materials like gravel.
• Assist in creating and maintaining paving features.
• Keep work area clean and organize tools.
• Follow supervisor instructions and construction plans.
• Maintain high quality of work at all times.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
