Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret project plans, specifications and drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for estimating, scheduling and reporting.
• Basic project coordination and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage asphalt paving projects from planning and estimating through completion.
• Review project plans, specs, and drawings; prepare competitive bids and proposals.
• Procure materials and solicit bids from subcontractors and vendors; oversee awarded projects.
• Assist with project scheduling, coordination, and ensuring contract requirements are met; travel as needed.
