Sedona Staffing Services is seeking a dependable and experienced Machine Control / Land Surveyor to join its team in Dubuque, Iowa. This full-time position involves operating machine control systems, setting up robotic stations, and ensuring accurate grading on paving projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with machine control systems, surveying, lasers, and robotic stations preferred.
• Knowledge of paving, grading, or roadway construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage machine control systems on paving projects.
• Set up and maintain robotic stations and laser equipment.
• Work with pavers and trimmers to ensure accurate grading and elevations.
• Perform layout and surveying duties for roadway and pavement projects.
• Verify measurements and maintain project accuracy.
