Job summary

JENNMAR Services is seeking a Paving General Laborer in Colorado to support highway, utility, and plant operations. The role includes manual tasks, equipment operation, material handling, and daily site maintenance under supervisor guidance.

Responsibilities feature machinery maintenance, setup of crusher equipment, material transport, and safety-focused practices. Travel may be required depending on project locations and crew assignments.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Ability to work well with others in group or one-on-one setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs machinery maintenance and repairs.
• Operates equipment including skidsteer and loader as trained.
• Picks up and/or delivers construction materials to job sites.
• Maintains tools and equipment in a safe, clean condition.
• Job site clean-up and assist with flagging and traffic control as needed.
