The Position:

We are looking for a Paving Foreman for our upcoming 2025 season, responsible for personnel scheduling, crew management, overseeing paving equipment needs and repairs, and promoting continuous quality improvement in laydown and compaction.

The Candidate:

• Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Punctual, dependable, and ethical.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Trustworthy with confidential information and compliant with anti-trust laws.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Capable of working in diverse weather and dusty environments.
• Union membership or willingness to join is required; assistance available from HR.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in asphalt laying and finishing.
• Previous experience as a Foreman.
• Knowledge of CMV guidelines and regulations.
