You will support a crew, participate in planning and scheduling, and receive on-the-job training led by experienced team members. Assignments typically run 3–6 months, with exposure to major projects, buddy support, social networking events, and classroom training to develop professional skills.

Students will support a crew, project or plant team in the planning, scheduling and execution of a heavy civil construction project. Typical duties are as follows:
Hourly Range: $23.00 - $26.00, based on experience.
