Full-time position requiring flexibility for day or night shifts. The candidate should have two years of paving experience, a CT driver’s license, and the ability to work with foremen.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience operating asphalt paving equipment (roller, paver, MTV, or skid-steer).
• Current CT driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the most modern paving equipment in the industry.
• Follow foreman/superintendent directions and project schedule.
• Maintain safety protocols and professional conduct with the crew.
