Job summary

Asphalt Maintenance and Paving, Inc. is seeking an entry-level operator to join our crew and support paving and maintenance projects across the region.

You will operate and maintain asphalt pavers, rollers, skid steers, and related machinery alongside an experienced crew on commercial and municipal work sites. CDL is a plus but not required, and prior heavy equipment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with heavy equipment required; CDL a plus but not required for this role.
