D&B operates four asphalt plants and two active sand and gravel plants and is a natural extension to our recently established Southeast platform, further strengthening our vertically integrated footprint. **General Summary**The Construction Laborer supports asphalt paving and related construction activities across Dickerson & Bowen project sites. This role performs a wide range of essential tasks, including site preparation, grading, paving support, and assisting with the installation or repair of various structures. Responsibilities also include traffic control/flagging, shoveling, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and setting up or completing stringline layouts.
