The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience, a strong technical background, and an interest in pavement materials testing. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing and overseeing binder testing and hot mix asphalt designs
• Assisting in analysis of bituminous paving materials
• Reviewing project specifications and plans
• Implementing new testing capabilities and protocols
• Preparing cost proposals
• Marketing and client follow-up

Minimum qualifications include:

• Civil Engineer (EIT/PE preferred but not required at hire)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Excellent writing, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
