Qualifications
Proven experience in crew leadership within pavement marking or related infrastructure construction.
Strong knowledge of pavement marking materials, techniques, and quality control standards.
Familiarity with DOT regulations and ability to comply with all safety and quality standards.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license; CDL Class B with air brake endorsement preferred.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise pavement marking crews to carry out striping and marking applications.
Plan and assign daily work schedules based on project requirements and crew availability.
Ensure all pavement marking layouts conform to project specifications and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and vehicles; ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.
