Job summary

TRP Infrastructure Services is seeking an experienced Foreman - Pavement Marking in Austin, Texas. The role involves supervising pavement marking crews, ensuring the application of markings meets regulatory standards, and maintaining a safe work environment. Qualifications

• Proven experience in crew leadership within pavement marking or related infrastructure construction.
• Strong knowledge of pavement marking materials, techniques, and quality control standards.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and ability to comply with all safety and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license; CDL Class B with air brake endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise pavement marking crews to carry out striping and marking applications.
• Plan and assign daily work schedules based on project requirements and crew availability.
• Ensure all pavement marking layouts conform to project specifications and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and vehicles; ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.
